The exhibition is of all ten photomontages created by Claude Cahun and Marcel Moore to illustrate ‘Cancelled Confessions’.

PRIVATE VIEW 7 FEBRUARY 2026 7 – 8.30pm

These museum quality, full-size prints of the photomontages derive from the glass plate negatives Cahun and Moore used to photograph their original collages, courtesy of the Jersey Heritage Museum.

This is a rare opportunity indeed to view these works. The glass negatives were sold to Manfred Heiting for his collection but were destroyed in the wildfires that swept through California in 2018.

Master printers Solaris have meticulously restored the Jersey Heritage files made from the original glass plates to generate these breathtaking finest quality Archival Pigment prints on Hahnemühle Museum Etching paper for our exhibition.
